A security deposit is collected before the start of the rental period.
This deposit is fully refundable, subject to the deductions mentioned below.
Deductions from Security Deposit
Installation & Uninstallation Charges: Applicable as per the product type and quantity rented.
Transportation Charges: Delivery and pickup costs will be deducted as applicable.
Late Fee: Delay in making the agreed monthly rental payments will attract a late fee, which will be deducted from the deposit.
Damage Charges: Any damage, loss, or missing accessories will result in repair/replacement charges being deducted from the deposit.
Final Settlement
The balance security deposit (after deductions) will be refunded within 45 working business days after the product is returned and inspected.
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Rental Renewal, Overdue Charges, and Repossession Rights:
The unit is rented on a recurring 28 (twenty-eight) day rental period. The rental agreement shall automatically renew for successive 28-day periods unless the lessee provides written notice of termination at least 7 (seven) days prior to the expiry of the current rental term. All renewal charges are payable in advance.
If the rental period expires and the lessee continues to retain possession of the unit without payment of the applicable renewal charges, overdue charges shall accrue from the day immediately following the expiry date. The assessment, continuation, waiver, or duration of such overdue charges shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the rental agreement and recover possession of the rented unit at any time after the rental period has expired and payment remains outstanding. Such action may be taken regardless of the number of overdue days, whether 1 day, 7 days, or any other period, without affecting the Company's right to recover any outstanding rental fees, overdue charges, collection costs, damages, or other amounts due under this agreement and applicable law.
