Rental Terms & Conditions

Security Deposit
- A security deposit is collected before the start of the rental period.
- This deposit is fully refundable, subject to the deductions mentioned below.
Deductions from Security Deposit
- Installation & Uninstallation Charges: Applicable as per the product type and quantity rented.
- Transportation Charges: Delivery and pickup costs will be deducted as applicable.
- Late Fee: Delay in making the agreed monthly rental payments will attract a late fee, which will be deducted from the deposit.
- Damage Charges: Any damage, loss, or missing accessories will result in repair/replacement charges being deducted from the deposit.
Final Settlement
- The balance security deposit (after deductions) will be refunded within 45 working business days after the product is returned and inspected.

- By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
